You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS).
For orders weighing less than two pounds, you will find United States Postal Service (USPS) the most economical.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. Please note that some orders may take 2-3 days for processing.
*US Customers: To view your estimated shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired item(s) into your shopping cart by clicking on the buy button. You may then enter your zip code then select a shipping method. Click "Recalculate" and the website will calculate your estimated shipping for you.
*Canadian Customers: Our shipping estimator system is currently designed for 5-digit zip codes. To view your estimated shipping charges, place the desired item(s) into your shopping cart and click the checkout button. Fill out the shipping information on the following screen and click next. The next screen will display your estimated shipping charges. *Please note that at this point no orders have been placed or finalized, and no payment options have been established.
Orders that cannot be delivered before Saturday will be held and shipped the following Business Day which is usually a Monday except for National Holidays that happen to fall on Monday.
Shipping Times
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours not counting the day the order was shipped.
You will receive a UPS tracking number via email when your order is shipped.
